Handmade mask inspired by Poseidon, the Greek God of the sea. Sculpted leather base mask with added perspex and metal components riveted on.
HANGING CERAMIC POTS
Ceramic pinch pots with macrame hangers made for a second year project which involved producing a batch collection.
SCALE
This was for my final major project in my foundation course, which I have been relating back to for research recently, where I played with the element of scale in everyday objects. I found an interest in how everyday objects are often overlooked, but are actually full of un-noticed detail. In the first image the size of these objects is very large scale, and in the second image they are much smaller than the original objects.

Handmade lino print christmas cards and tags made to sell at the Nottingham Trent University christmas fair.
UP-CYCLED DRINKS COASTERS
This project was focused on re-using and recycling materials. I used a found log cut into thin pieces and I riveted an etched metal disc on the front to make coasters. I think these look like they would be a great collection together with my previous tea strainer project. This theme is something I would definitely like to carry on with and develop in the future.
